Cavalry

Light Cavalry

The vanguard of your army, these fast moving, truly dashing troopers in their fancy and flamboyant uniforms. These men use sabers to break enemy units with flanking attacks and speed. Usually referred to as hussars by every nation, with Russia having their own type known as cossacks who are faster and have higher morale. Fast and great at charging they falter with shooting but also can use carbines firing them before charging in.

Heavy Cavalry

Moving more slowly than their light counterparts, but having more men being good at more things. There are two types of heavy Cavalry: Dragoons and Cuirassiers. Dragoons are much more suited to shooting and skirmishing with enemies, while Cuirassiers excel at drawn out melee with high morale.
